I actually made this a while back when it seemed there was no good Time Skip Nia minecraft skins. There was only young Nia, so I looked for a skin editor and looked for a suitable base. From there I redid everything, but the face. This is a personal skin, but I might consider sharing it.

...Hey, Squeaky. I just started working on some player statues in MC, and I was looking for this skin... didn't actually think that I would arrive at your profile... should of realized yours was an original, lol.
